課程概述 |
西方當代人文思潮主要由後結構主義（poststructuralism）開始，整個歷程與內容大致反映在文學與文化理論上，並相當程度上影響了文學研究。本課程透過選讀的方式，引介並探討後結構主義以降的重要理論家及其著作。課程安排從後結構主義出發，後依序探討後現代主義（postmodernism）、後殖民主義（postcolonialism）、精神分析（psychoanalysis）、女性主義與性別研究（feminism and gender studies）、生命政治與全球化（biopolitics and globalization）、科學與科技乃至後人類研究（science, technology, and posthuman studies）。選讀的方式雖無法深入個別理論家思想的複雜之處，但將能提供一個整體理論的概觀以及演變狀況，並可為後續深入研究奠下基礎。 |
